"우편 미술 변천과정에 따른 활용 방법에 관한 연구 The research on development mail art process as practical use an unfailing sign. The science technology is changing rapidly in the historical transition point , so called new millennium. As a result the transceiver and mails have been developed due to the computer slowing up and the trend of the hand written mails is now reducing. The range of the exhibit culture and type is also going through big changes in these days world. On the other hand, the increase in the use of the fax and e-mail system has lead to the frequency and convenience between the users in telecommunications satellite. In the 1990s, the increase of internet users and the development of the infrastructure of telecommunications device have made people capable of searching information and pictures easily. Due to this advantage, the users who could feel and perceive the works without restriction of place and time set up the on-line exhibition. Barrier between national culture has been broken down form the consequence. The living standard of people have been improved no matter what region or space and the sharing of the same information and culture simultaneously has created the Global Village, therefore variable forms of exhibitions type will appear through the internet. This research emphasized the new trend of On-line exhibition whose increase in the engaging culture will lead to a 21C competitive culture era in the future. It has meaning that the on-line exhibition led the people to a new perception. As a result, we are expected to from the new trend by on-line exhibition furthermore many changes our 21C art.
