"A Study on the package design for the green environment The nature alters its environment without cease, and the most animals overcome and live together with these changes. Since the advent of the Homo sapiens, they have adapted themselves or they have used their influence to a change in their surroundings up to this day. Due to the population explosion, the world have a population over 6 billions, and increase 90 millions in population every year. Following the terrible increase in population, mass production and mass consumption made the environment contaminated by the excessive use of resources. Also Urbanization is another by-product of the population explosion. More than half of the populations live in an urban area. Therefore in a densely populated area, environmental pollution was deteriorating with increasing speed. People suffer from several issues which destroy the private life - cities veiled in smog, industrial pollution, automobile exhaust fumes, excessive packages of food, dirt in street, all sorts of noise, etc. Based on the scientific technologies, we are working hard for our better life. But these economic activities inevitably make the secondary by-products or industrial wastes and eventually offer the causes of severe damage in natural environment. Nowadays a subject of the environment becomes the common issue all over the world. We can't survive if we ignore the environmental pollution. Therefore every nation regards a discussion about the anti-pollution of its environment as the major issue in the government policies. Also Korea does so. At this time we regard the packing materials as a principal, which make environmental pollution getting worse. So with this change of view about the environment, this paper will analyze the packing materials, which is produced in our daily life according to the industrial development. And this paper will suggest some desirable directions of them for the conservation of environment.
