이 연구는 최근 TV 홈드라마의 제작에 영향을 미친 환경요인과 변환과정 그리고 지금 현실의 역할에 대한 TV 홈드라마의 역기능적 요소들이 수용자에게 미치는 영향과 방향 설정을 중심으로 고찰하였으며, 이는 프로그램 제작과 편성을 위한 유용한 참고자료로 활용되어 문제의 소지가 있는 프로그램에 대해서 좀 더 구체적이고 확실한 정보 제공을 목적으로 한다. 연구결과, 현재의 일부 드라마 제작자는 사회 구성원들의 재미나 욕망에 대한 시청률 지상주의의 상업적인 생각과 비현실적인 표현과 방식들을 이용하여 드라마를 만들어 내고 있어서 그것에 자극 받고 반응하며 평가하는 시청자의 인식은 우리가 살고 있는 현대 사회의 세대 간 불신을 비롯하여 교육적, 윤리적, 현실적인 현상들이 부정적으로 역기능하며 우리 사회 전반의 문화현상에 제 기능을 발휘하지 못하는 커다란 문제점으로 작용되고 있으며, 이렇듯 부정적인 측면을 내포한 시청률 위주의 상업적 프로그램들은 많은 종류의 드라마 후속 제작에 영향을 주고 있기 때문이다. 우리 사회에서 팽배해 있는 극도의 이기주의, 첨예한 양극화, 인간성의 황폐화, 배금주의 팽배 등 말세론적 증후는 막장 드라마가 섭생할 수 있는 넉넉한 토양을 제공했다. 또한 탈규제 정책과 정권의 교체 공간이 막장드라마로 하여금 급물살을 타게 했다. 2006년에서 2008년 사이 방송위원회의 해체, 통신융합 기능을 아우르는 방송통신위원회의 새로운 탄생은 사이의 3년간의 공백기와 과도기도 막장 드라마의 성장기에 한 몫을 했다 결과적으로 시대와 변화를 초월하여 결국 홈드라마가 지향하는 최후 사상은 인간 구원(救援)에 있다. 여기서 구원은 그 주제가 가정이든 종교든 또는 사회이든 인간의 삶의 질을 향상시킬 수 있는 가치를 유지하는 것이다. 구원의 기본은 정(情)이며 사랑이다. 끝으로 새로운 시대 상황에 맞는 홈드라마 프로그램 질 향상을 통해 방송의 공익성과 시청자 공감의 긍정적 효과를 위한 제도적 지원과 적절한 규제가 필요하다는 맥락에서 좀 더 현실적이고 생산적인 논의가 활발하게 이루어져야 것이다. In this study, we reviewed various environmental factor and variance process influencing to the recent TV home drama producing that also carefully thought the TV producing orientation and the anti-functional influence reaching to users. That is used by the object with actual information supply for problem programs to use the reference materials for TV program producing and organization. As a result, the recent partial drama producers is creating the TV drama that is extremely fictional expression and commercial thinking because of popular program ratings considering user's fun and desire. It is worked grateful anti-functional problem for general society culture phenomenon that is educations ,realities ,ethics and modern generation distrust. The commercial programs influenced upon popular program ratings having negative aspects is effected various TV drama following produces. Also, it proposed the environmental growth soil for negative TV drama that is serious egoism of society spread, sharp polarization, devastation of humanity and suring of mammonism. Also it proposed rapid stream of negative TV drama because on the illegal policy and the exchange of government. The new birth of the Korea Communications Commission administering the fusion of broadcasting and communication, the 3 years dissolution period of the Korea Communications Commission from 2006 to 2008 occurred the growth period of negative TV drama. As a result, the propose of TV home drama is the rescue of human beings exceeding variance and time. Therefore, the rescue of human beings is keeping values upgrading the life quality of man whether home, religion or society. The basis of human beings is people's love. In the end, we need for real productive discussion in context of the necessity of proper control and institutional support for positive effect, broadcasting publicity.
